Agreement made between the abbot and monks of Biddlesden and Robert
son of Robert de Wanci, between whom there had been a dispute concerning
two pieces of land called 'Blakenham' in Astwell and Falcutt. The
monks agree to mow, ditch and enclose these pieces leaving a passage
way between for animals. Detailed provision re breaches. Witnesses:
