Those bounden in the sum of £100 (on 26.9.1826) were:-

  Martha Bull, widow of Helmdon
William Bull, Sawyer of Helmdon [? brother of the deceased]
Nathaniel Pettifer, Butcher of Helmdon
William Bull (Junior), Sawyer of Helmdon [possible father of James Bull 1826-1901]

The Administrators were:-

  Martha Bull the Widow
William Bull the Father

The document was signed:-

  The mark of Martha Bull
William Bull
Nathaniel Pettifer
William Bull Junior

Notes

1. It is evident that Martha was the widow of the deceased James Bull. However, it is not clear whether the description 'Father' applied to the Administrator William Bull meant that he was the father of William Bull Junior (which seems most likely) or the father of the deceased. It is possible/likely that he was the brother of the deceased.
2. It is not known why it took over a year for Administration to be granted.
