Grant from Thomas Gybons son and heir of William Gybons late of Helmdon to Thomas Billyng and Katherine his wife of 3 acres of arable land with pasture in Helmdon of which: one 1/2 acre like at Longehertwell, between land of Richard More and that of William Shortland and abuts upon Le Yeldfeld and reaches to Halselweeld. Another 1/2 acre likes above Astfurlong between the land of the Rector and that of Hugh Hancock, formerly William Huchens' and abuts upon Le Rigewey and reaches to Estbrooke. Another 1/2 acre above Astfurlong between land of abbot of Biddlesden and that of the prior of Ashby. Another 1/2 acre lies above Le Deane between the land of the abbot of Biddlesden and that of Will Gosage, and abuts upon Swynesworth and reaches to Stokebroke. Another 1/2 acre likes at Goodwynsthorne between the land of Hugh Hancock, formerly Will Huchens, and that of Thomas Chery lately held by Thomas Walcotes, and abuts upon Sulgravefeld and reaches to Styntwell Furlong. One rood lies above Buryhavvetrough between the land of Richard More and Thomas Cherry and abuts upon Havvetroughwey and reaches to Roughknolle, one rood likes at Wynemlyhylle, between Richard More and Richard Toy and reaches to Brakeleywey.
