Deed of sale by Thomas Lovett esq. Of Astwell, Northampton, esq., to Edward Love of Aynho, gent., and William Standisshe of Oxford MA, of all his right and interest in a close of pasture called Littlehay and two closes called Kyngmills, for the remainder of a term of years in a lease between Magd. Coll. and Owen Oglethorpe of Newington, Oxon., providing that Edmund Burnell shall continue to occupy "the garden and the more" - paying an annual rent of twenty shillings.
