Dangerous School Crossing

There have been a number of near misses in recent weeks.  The white lines are very faded (NCC Highways are due to repaint them week beginning 18 October) but it is nevertheless a zebra crossing and the Highway Code still applies. Please remember that pedestrians do have right of way once they have stepped on to the crossing and that it is lillegal for motorists to overtake other vehicles on the crossing for obvious reasons.
