announce their summer play

THE CONTINENTAL QUILT

Helmdon Bridge Players are pleased to announce that the Summer play has been chosen. The play is called "The Continental Quilt" and is by Joan Greening. It is a comedy farce and is extremely funny. The first sentence of a review is;   "Mike is looking forward to a pleasant stay with girlfriend Gloria. Scarcely has the curtain risen than a ring of the doorbell shatters his plans"   The play has been performed by both Amateur and Professional groups and has been well reviewed.   The performances will be in the Reading Room on Friday 13th and Saturday 14th June  starting at 7.30pm.   Due to the small capacity, tickets are now on sale for these performances £6.00 (Adults) and £4.00 (Concessions) so book early to avoid disappointment by ringing Dave 01295 760362.
