1. The audit of accounts for the Council for the year ended 31st March 2000 has been concluded.

2. The income and expenditure account and balance sheet/summary receipts and payments account are available for inspection on reasonable notice by any local government elector for the area of the Council on application to : Mr Wilf Forgham, Clerk to the Helmdon Parish Council, 50, Wappenham Road, Helmdon. Tel: 760680 and any local government elector may make copies of the income and expenditure account or balance sheet/summary receipts and payments account or extracts from them.

3. Copies of the statement of accounts will be provided to any local government elector on payment of £1.00 for each copy of the income and expenditure account or balance sheet/summary receipts and payments account.
