Village on Line
Helmdon is spreading its name worldwide
thanks to the launch of a new website.
The site has been launched as a source
of local history and to provide a calendar of village events,
details on village groups and parish council agendas and
minutes.
A website for the village was first discussed
18 months ago and has now been turned into reality thanks
to the efforts of Terry Glassett and Renhart Gittens of
the Parish Council and Audrey Harwood of the Helmdon branch
of the Workers' Educational Association.
The website can be viewed at www.helmdon.f2s.com.
