A tarantula drops from the ceiling

Helmdon Primary school staged the biggest art exhibition in their
history in July 2002 with over 200 people walking through rainforests
and swamps to see the artwork that the children had created.
The school hall was transformed in to a tropical rainforest - even
down to an authentic humid climate. There were snakes, spiders and
crocodiles and all manner of jungle trees and vegetation.
All years in the school took part - even the reception class created
a "grass people" wedding scene.
