Making Running Fun!
Helmdon Harriets is a running group, which began in March 2003. It
presently consists of ten ladies, whom I am sure at some time you
must have seen running around Helmdon!
We have run 10k's, half marathons (13.1 miles) raising money for various
charities, such as breast cancer, autistic society and guide dogs
for the blind. We meet every month to keep up with all events and
to have a social evening.
We welcome new runners, even if you have never done any running before
but want to have a go, we will help you to start from the beginning
and to increase your distance. Please get in touch.
