A typical day in the school's staff room.

Lee Sparrow concentrating on providing great backing music,
accompanied by Gareth Dean on drums (who had to be hidden
away in a cupboard).

Oom pah pah, oom pah pah - that's how it goes.

Who has got the treasure map? Drinking leads Cap'n Billy
Bones to loose talk at the Admiral Benbow Inn.

The delectable, demure, Mrs Harriet Squire, or Hawkins.

More oom pah pah!

Billy Bones is doomed.

But never fear - Sam and Ella are here!

Jim Hawkins confides in Billy Bones and admits that he
is in love with Polly, the Squire Trelawney's daughter.

And then dances wistfully with a broom, whilst singing.

Boo, Hiss - It's the scary ghost of Captain Flint.

The blind leading the dead - can Captain Flint and Blind
Pew get to the treasure before Billy Bones?

They enlist the help of John - "That's Long John
Silver to you, you swivel-eyed son of a walrus!"

Blind Pew takes the cursed Black Spot from Flint to give
to Billy Bones and seal his fate.

"May the devil take pity on your bones" says
Blind Pew handing Billy Bones a Sainsbury's till receipt!

Billy Bones keels over in the Admiral Bimbo, leaving landlady
Harriet Squire with a body to dispose of...

...Enter Rick and Mortis, the only undertakers in the
county with a Ferrari powered hearse.

It looked like Harriet was enjoying being fitted up by
Rick.

Squire Trelawny opens Billy Bone's chest and discovers
the treasure map inside - X marks the spot!

Arriving too late Blind Pew and his shipmates search in
vain for the chest...

"The chest is here somewhere, I can feel it in my
bones - , it was about this wide and this high, and..."

Sam & Ella try to them a lift to Bristol, from whence
they will set sail for Treasure Island with the Squire,
Harriet and Jim.

Polly wants to help Jim but her father won't let his precious
daughter accompany them on the dangerous mission.

The Squire hires Captain Smollett to lead the voyage.

Smollett's ship is the trusty "Golden Behind".

Harriet dresses for the seas - "It's just like something
from Viviene Westwood isn't it - only a little more classy"!

"We are sailing, we are sailing" (You wouldn't
believe these people have day jobs!)

Arrhaaghh - I 'ear your lookin' for a crew Cap'n?

Blind Pew, Barney McGrew...

Not to mention Walker the Plank, Aaron C Rescue, Mad Maria,
Barnacle Bess & Noxious Nell.

By the left, quick march! Left, Left, Left...

Polly joins Silver's crew disguised as Roger the Cabin
Boy.

Lower the anchors - land ahoy!

"When l was at Oxbridge - or was it Uxbridge - we
used to find a bit of a sing-song would always help in
a sticky situation... row, row, row your boat.."

The animals on Treasure Island sense
someone is on the way.

For the last 3 years they've only had poor marooned pirate
Ben Gunn for company.

Arriving on the island, Jim and Smollett consult the map.

Long John Silver sees that Jim and his
friends have the map.

Realising he's been double-crossed by Polly, Silver shouts
"Give me the treasure map or the girl cops it - in
fact, she'll be a Polly-gone!"

"Cheese! oh delight and rapture! Cheese
after all these years!"

Having stolen the treasure map, Silver and Pew guide the
pirate crew to the X.

Flint realises they've been beaten to the treasure and
captures Polly... "Now come along my lovely, don't
be scared I'm just a ghoul: You could prove to be an excellent
negotiating tool."

Ben Gunn had found the treasure years ago, and was quite
happy to share it in return for some cheese!

Jim hatches a plan to foil the pirates and make an escape.

Blind Pew finds a golden coin, but doesn't realise that
Jim has laid a trap for them.

Cap'n Flint seizes his chance to strike a bargain.

But ends up all washed up, in Ben Gunn's shower. "Aargh!
Curses, drat and double drat I'm losing all my power,
Washed and scrubbed and laundered, I've been beaten by
this shower."

Jim has beaten Flint and secured a fortune in treasure.
At last he can be with Polly... and it all ends happily
ever after!!

Take a bow Bridge Players - it was a cracker!
